Baby Anthem is almost here and his parents couldn't be any happier! There's just something so amazing about photographing two people right before they meet their first child... I'm always so happy to capture all the excitement and anticipation with my camera.

Here are a few of my favorites from Christine and Jeramy's photo shoot... as always, thanks for looking!

There's the little guy!

After taking photos at their house we high tailed it to a nearby park to catch the beautiful light... these are all my favorites of the day :)

All their best friends and family came out to celebrate with the happy couple as they finally tied the knot with a perfect heartfelt ceremony and a super fun reception.

One of my favorites of the day... I love the contrast and beautiful texture on Christina's dress!

All the lovely ladies at the hotel before heading over to Christina's house...

The ceremony was just perfect... short and sweet, but full of emotion.

Afterwards we got away from the hustle and bustle of the house and found this amazing little spot behind their neighbor's place. I love the light and the textures!

I can't believe little Roman is already 2 years old! It definitely doesn't seem like that much time has gone by since his newborn session. And, as luck would have it, he'll soon be staring in a new round of newborn photos... as a big brother! So exciting!

We also had to take a few at the Calamigos Equestrian center where the reception was to take place. The cloudy day made for beautiful light :)

I hope everyone is having an awesome week so far! I've been spending a lot of time with kids and babies in front of my lens... it's been super fun (and super tiring).

Anyway, just over a week ago I had my first ever photo day at my friend's little childrens boutique at the Orange Circle called The Hope Chest. Though the whole affair needs some fine tuning, I think it went pretty darn well :) Here are a few of my favorites from the day:

And it's especially amazing when I get to see it happen through my lens :) Meet Livienne Amelie, the newest addition to one of my favorite families ever.

Does this photo look familiar? It's Livi! Mom and Dad wanted to recreate some of their favorite photos from big sister, Jazelle's newborn shoot. I was more than happy to oblige :)

From the moment we said hi to each other at our first meeting I knew we would get along famously. They're both just so fun and genuine... and they happen to have one of the cutest and sweetest little boys I've ever met. Seriously, just wait until you see photos of him. Adorable.

I met up with Charity in the bridal suite where she was calm as can be despite the typical craziness that surrounds brides on their wedding day. Here and there she'd hear of things that weren't going as planned and she cracked jokes. And laughed. No easy feat considering she slaved over her little details and diy projects for the past year.

Here's their little guy, Gaige, checking mommy out in her fancy dress...

They decided to have a 'first look.' My 2nd shooter kept her camera on Shane while I stayed focused on Charity. Teamwork!

Isn't Charity just gorgeous?!

This is one of my favorites of the day... they are both so good at making each other laugh. I love that about them :)

Of course, Gaige had to get in on the photos, too!

I was constantly amazed by how easy going he was all day. Not many 3 year olds will pose like this for a photo :)

The beautiful wedding party:

Charity knew she was going to lose it at the ceremony... she was right. I love all the happy tears in this photo.

The barrel room was stunning!

Once all the formalities were out of the way the dance floor exploded! I have to say, Charity and Shane have some pretty amazing dance moves :)

The wedding day isn't complete without some photos of the shiny stuff:

They had so much fun running through the sparklers they did a few extra :)

And last, but not least, the details. Charity seriously outdid herself with all the gorgeous decorations. The book centerpieces were my favorite!
